Katie Myerholtz, FNP-C
Katie Myerholtz, FNP-C, is the organization's Assistant Medical Director. Katie comes to CHS with over ten years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She served as Associate Medical Director for seven of the ten years. Prior to completing her Nurse Practitioner training, Katie was a Critical Care Nurse in a Medical Intensive Care Unit. She is recognized throughout the region for her exceptional medical skill and compassionate care.
In addition to her role as Assistant Medical Director, Katie will oversee the Nursing Department, and will see patients at the CHS Fremont Main site.
Katie is a graduate of The University of Toledo, where she received her Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Malone University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
