Kip Soviak, PMHNP
Kip joined the CHS team with years of experience and a strong clinical and academic background. He holds a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University and Master's Degree in Family Nurse Practice from Chamberlain University. He went on to complete his Post-Master certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Kip is recognized in the region for clinical excellence, and compassionate care.
Outside of work, Kip together with his wife, operate a non-profit foundation for veterans in honor of their son Maxton, a Navy Corpsman, who give his life in service while in Afghanistan.
