Komal Masood, M.D.
Dr. Komal Masood is the Medical Director at Community Health Services. She is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency and Infectious Disease Fellowship at University of Toledo Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio. Dr. Masood received her medical degree from The Aga Khan University in Karachi Pakistan.
Dr. Masood worked for CHS at the organization's Fostoria office from 2019 to 2022. From 2022 to 2024, Dr. Masood served as Assistant Professor of Medicine, Division of Infectious Disease at University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences, as well as Medical Director of Infection Prevention and Control at ProMedica Metro hospitals in Toledo, Ohio.
Dr. Masood returned to CHS to assume the role of Medical Director. Her scope of medical training and professional experience, coupled with her reputation for exceptional patient care, makes Dr. Masood's return to the organization in the role of Medical Director an important benefit to the organization and community.
