50th Anniversary

Beginning in January 2022, Community Health Services will mark our 50^th Anniversary with special events and celebrations for patients, employees and the community.  We’ll share information about our history in the community, and how we grew from a small clinic in the back of a pharmacy to the organization we are today.  Please watch our website for more information and updates. 

Community Health Services was originally located in the back of a pharmacy located in Tiffin, Ohio, and staffed by volunteers.
